Workout 2010.03.30
Power to the People Working some deadlifts and presses. Deadlift: 240x5, 225x5 Press: 85x5, 75x5 Seems so light but hopefully a few weeks of regular dls and presses will feel good. I also did a lot of acrobatic practice today. Super fun and tiring.

I just did WOD#3. Epic Fail! For time: 30 Overhead Squats, 95# 30 C2B Pullups 30 Power Snatches, 95# 30 Feet to Bar 30 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls, 95# 30 Air Squats 30 Kettlebell Swings, 24kg 20:41 Chest to bar pullups did me in.  Took forever to get them cuz I had to do them one at a time. It didn’t help that my hands were torn up from “Nicole” on Sunday.  Still I’m glad...

NY/NJ Sectional Workout #1 For time: Row 1k 30 burpee box jumps, 24” Row 1k 12:33 I had zero intensity. Just did this gently as a warmup this morning.  It’s not a terrible WOD.  Obviously the faster you go the worse it feels. My rows were just over 4min each. Food Fail 2010.03.22
Breakfast: 4 scrambled eggs, bacon, cheese & guacamole.  I Lara Bar.  Coffee. Lunch: 1 Lara Bar. Early Dinner: 3 slices of pizza. 1 soda. Late Dinner: 2 cheese sandwiches. 1 beer. Had to go to my best friend’s father’s funeral today.  A long, sad and emotional day.  I had 1 lara bar to tide me over all day.  Got back to the gym and wolfed down pizza and soda right before class....

Breakfast: egg casserole, mini bagel, sunbutter and jelly.  Coffee. Lunch: 2 chicken drumsticks, 2 hamburgers, 5 hotdogs, 4 beers, salad, guacamole. At least I didn’t eat more bread. :) Dinner: some kimchee, a small piece of fried chicken, a forkful of rice. 1 beer. There is ice cream in the freezer that won’t last until morning.
