Seems so light but hopefully a few weeks of regular dls and presses will feel good.
I also did a lot of acrobatic practice today. Super fun and tiring.

For time: Row 1k 30 burpee box jumps, 24” Row 1k 12:33 I had zero intensity. Just did this gently as a warmup this morning. It’s not a terrible WOD. Obviously the faster you go the worse it feels.
