33 box jumps @ 24” in one minute. My legs were too rubbery to do these. I nearly killed myself a couple of times.
I’m fairly impressed with myself considering this was my fourth workout of the day and I was fucking tired. Still glad I was the only guy to do this Rx’d.

When a cat takes a shit in your parking lot it is a nuisance. Now when a person takes a shit in your parking lot…that’s rant-worthy.
When a client cancels at the last minute that is a nuisance. Now when a crazy upper-east-side-woman cancels at the last minute and wants to reschedule…that’s rant-worthy.
