Workout 2010.10.29
The end of the Back To School Paleo Challenge has arrived. So tonight we revisited the workouts we did at the beginning of the challenge on September 7, 2010. Tonight my 1RM Deadlift was 415lbs. That’s a 10 pound improvement.  I feel overall like I am a lot stronger than this.  The last two weeks have been especially bad for eating and sleeping, but I think if I have a week of getting back...

Workout 2010.10.26 v2.0
21-15-9 reps for time of: Deadlifts, 225lbs Overhead Squats, 135lbs 9:35 33 box jumps @ 24” in one minute.  My legs were too rubbery to do these.  I nearly killed myself a couple of times. I’m fairly impressed with myself considering this was my fourth workout of the day and I was fucking tired.  Still glad I was the only guy to do this Rx’d.

When a cat takes a shit in your parking lot it is a nuisance. Now when a person takes a shit in your parking lot…that’s rant-worthy. When a client cancels at the last minute that is a nuisance.  Now when a crazy upper-east-side-woman cancels at the last minute and wants to reschedule…that’s rant-worthy.
