Snatches 65x3, 85x3, 95x3, 115x3, 135x3, 155x3x3 I have been doing a lot of power snatches and cleans lately. Today I focused on the full squat snatch.  My back was killing me on the warmups, but by the time I got to my work sets everything felt really good and strong.  I was getting under the weight with confidence. Finished some pullups and dumbbell presses.
